# How to Set Frequency Capping for Email Campaigns

Manage how often emails are sent to the same contact by configuring frequency capping settings in Mailercloud.

The _Frequency Capping Settings_ feature helps control how often emails are sent to the same contact, ensuring compliance with best practices.
