What is Inbox Tracker?
The Inbox Tracker is an advanced Mailercloud add-on that helps you monitor your email delivery performance and inbox placement across major email providers. With this tool, you can track whether your emails land in the Inbox, Spam, or remain Undelivered, providing crucial insights to optimize your email campaigns.
With the Inbox Tracker, you can:
Identify email placement breakdowns.
Analyze real-time inbox placement for Gmail, Yahoo, and other providers.
Improve email deliverability by addressing spam issues.
Access detailed tracking metrics via the Client Panel and Public API.
How to Access the Inbox Tracker
Step 1: Navigate to Campaign Reports
Log in to your Mailercloud account.
Click on Campaign Reports from the main dashboard.
Find the campaign for which you want to check inbox placement.
Step 2: View Inbox Rate Breakdown
Click on the Inbox Rate percentage in the campaign report.
A detailed breakdown of inbox placement will appear, including:
Inbox Percentage – Emails that successfully reached recipients' inboxes.
Spam Percentage – Emails marked as spam.
Missed Percentage – Emails that were not delivered.
For Gmail and Yahoo, view placement in Primary, Promotions, Social, Forums, and Updates tabs.
