Mailercloud Integration with MoEngage

Connect MoEngage to Mailercloud via SMTP so your campaigns are delivered through Mailercloud while MoEngage continues to track events in its analytics.

Prerequisites

• A verified sender domain in Mailercloud (SPF/DKIM set up)

• Mailercloud SMTP credentials (Host, Username, Password)

• Access to your MoEngage workspace with permission to configure Email & Webhooks/Callbacks

• Basic knowledge of SMTP configurations

Step 1 — Configure MoEngage to use a Custom/Generic SMTP

In MoEngage, add Mailercloud as your SMTP provider. (Exact menu labels can vary by plan/UI.)

1. Sign in to your MoEngage dashboard.

2. Open Channels → Email (or Email Settings/Providers).

3. Add Provider and choose Custom/Generic SMTP.

4. Enter the following values:

Save the provider; if MoEngage offers a test button here, send a test message.

Step 2 — Get MoEngage’s Callback/Webhook URL

1. In MoEngage, locate the Email callbacks / Webhooks section.

2. Copy the Callback URL for processing bounces/complaints/unsubscribes.

The URL format is provided by MoEngage. Keep it handy for the next step.

Step 3 — Add the Callback URL to Mailercloud

1. Log in to Mailercloud.

2. Go to API Platform → Integrations

2. Add Integration → Paste the MoEngage Callback URL and save.
