The official Mailercloud MCP server is a remote Streamable HTTP server at https://mcp.mailercloud.com/mcp. Coding tools can sign in with OAuth (you paste your Mailercloud API key on the Mailercloud sign-in page) or send the key directly in an Authorization header. Create the key in Mailercloud under Settings > API Keys.

How do I add Mailercloud to Cursor?
One-click install: paste this link into your browser's address bar and open it with Cursor:
cursor://anysphere.cursor-deeplink/mcp/install?name=mailercloud&config=eyJ1cmwiOiJodHRwczovL21jcC5tYWlsZXJjbG91ZC5jb20vbWNwIn0=
Or add it to mcp.json (~/.cursor/mcp.json for all projects, or .cursor/mcp.json for one project):
{"mcpServers": {"mailercloud": {"url": "https://mcp.mailercloud.com/mcp"}}}
Cursor then shows a sign-in prompt for Mailercloud: paste your API key on the sign-in page. To skip sign-in, send the key as a header instead:
{"mcpServers": {"mailercloud": {"url": "https://mcp.mailercloud.com/mcp", "headers": {"Authorization": "YOUR_API_KEY"}}}}
Use Mailercloud from Cursor's chat in Agent mode. If Cursor warns about too many tools, switch off the Mailercloud tools you don't need in its MCP settings. Cursor's guides: MCP and install links.

How do I add Mailercloud to Gemini CLI?

Then run /mcp auth mailercloud and sign in (this needs a browser on the same computer). Check it with gemini mcp list. Google's guide: MCP servers with Gemini CLI.
Can I use Mailercloud with other MCP clients?
Yes. Any client that supports remote Streamable HTTP MCP servers works. Use the URL https://mcp.mailercloud.com/mcp with OAuth 2.0 (dynamic client registration with PKCE), or send your API key in the Authorization or X-API-Key header.
Is it safe to use in an agent?
Every Mailercloud tool is marked as read-only or as one that changes data, so your client can ask before changes. Tools that send, schedule, delete or block return a preview first and only act when called again with confirmation, and most create and update tools accept a dry run. Keep your API key out of shared or committed config files; use a separate key per tool so you can delete one without affecting the others.
