DC Books was suffering from a general drop in performance.

We stepped in to lift them up from this predicament. We set a target to improve engagement, generate leads and conversions over a 30 day period.

We started by implementing domain configuration for Gmail using the warmed structure of the Mailercloud platform on the Live website. We utilised Mailercloud features and performed data segmentation and ensured day-by-day scaling to the required BW. We used the Time-based campaign feature to retarget users. .

We conducted lead tracking by placing a conversion pixel. We experimented with campaign creatives. We helped them plan their activities weekly with colling periods in between.

And the fruits of this implementation were sweet. There was an improvement in performance with an increase in open-click rates, BW was scaled to meet client requirements and there was a significant increase in website visitors and the overall ROI.
