How to add actions on email automation?

After choosing a starting point for the email automation flow, you can set up the next step of the workflow by choosing conditions, actions, and delays.


To add conditions, delays, and actions to the flow, click on the “+” sign as shown in the image below:

After you click the “+” sign, a menu bar opens up on the left side of the screen, as shown in the below image:

From the left side menu, you can choose the desired option from actions, delay, and conditions.

Actions:

The different options of “actions” available to choose from and set in your automation flow are as under:

  • Send email
  • Remove from list
  • Update contact
  • Go to step
