How to add a contact list or Audience? 

Add contact list

You can add your contacts/audience to Mailercloud using the following methods:

  1. Uploading a CSV File:

    • Prepare a CSV file that includes all the necessary contact details.

    • In Mailercloud, navigate to the section for adding contacts.

    • Choose the "Upload CSV" option.

    • Select the CSV file from your device.

    • Follow the instructions to complete the upload process.

  2. Copy-Pasting Contacts:

    • Access the document or source where your contacts are listed.

    • Go to the appropriate section in Mailercloud for adding contacts.

    • Select the "Copy-Paste" option.

    • Copy the contact information from the source document.

    • Paste the contacts into the provided editor window.

    • Review the pasted information for accuracy.

    • Save the contacts.

  3. Adding Individual Contacts:

    • Visit the designated section in Mailercloud for adding contacts.

    • Choose the "Add Individual Contacts" or similar option.

    • Fill in the contact details for each individual, including their first name, surname, place, country, and optional details such as zip/postcode.

    • Double-check the accuracy of the entered information.

    • Save each individual contact.
