Scheduling a campaign
When you are ready to send your regular campaign, you will find an option to
schedule your campaign for a particular date and time. To proceed, you have to tap on the Schedule button in the right-hand corner at the bottom of your screen.
In the pop-up box that follows, choose the start date of your wish and the time zone you want to follow.
Tap on the Schedule button again to confirm the Standard scheduling of your email campaigns.
Mailercloud starts tracking all data on clicks, spams, opens, bounces, and all other user activities as soon as the email campaign is published.
Pause a campaign
There might arise an occasion when you would want to pause an ongoing campaign. You can do so by clicking on the drop-down menu on the campaign page next to each campaign. To pause an ongoing campaign, choose Pause from the drop-down list. You can also go one step further and Abort the campaign by selecting Abort from the drop-down list. You cannot resume an aborted campaign, and you have to start fresh with a new one.
Filter a campaign
On the top right corner of your Campaigns page, you will find a button with a funnel-shaped icon next to the Create Campaign button. Once you tap this button, the drop-down row appears where you can filter your campaigns based on the campaign name, date range, sender ID and status.
The Campaign Name filter allows you to filter campaigns for alphabetical searches.
Filtering by date range allows you to search campaigns that you have sent previously within a range of a week, a few weeks, or a month.
Similarly, you can also filter your campaigns by the sender ID. You can keep track of your campaigns with the email addresses used for sending the campaign. Finally, you can filter by the status of your campaign. You can check by which campaigns have finished, are still in progress, paused, or aborted.
