How to switch between different plans?

Learn how to switch between different plans and manage your email marketing journey with us.

Switching between different plans is easy. You can either upgrade to a higher plan or switch to a lower plan by following the simple steps mentioned in this help document.

Upgrading plan

If you are currently enrolled in a free plan, then you can easily upgrade to a higher plan which can be a premium plan or an enterprise plan. By upgrading to a higher plan, you will get access to extended features, email sending volumes, and contacts. To upgrade, you can:-

  • Visit the account settings from the dashboard.

  • Tap/click on the "Upgrade plan" button.
  • You can switch to a premium or enterprise plan, and select email sending volumes and contacts based on your business needs.

  • Now, you can make the payments either offline or online mode. You can pay in GBP, INR or USD, against the applicable tax.

  • Once we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation and the plan activation details will reflect in your account.
  • You can keep a track of your plan validity, usage, and performance from the dashboard.

Change plan

You can easily navigate between any lower plan from your existing one. For instance, if you are using our enterprise plan you can switch to a premium or free plan. Similarly, If you are using our premium plan then you can switch to a free plan. 

Based on your selection, we will allow you to activate your chosen plan immediately or after the end of your existing plan. To switch to a lower plan you can follow the below steps:-

  • Visit the account settings from the dashboard.
  • Tap/click on the "Change plan" button.

  • Select the email volumes and contacts, if you are switching to a premium plan. In case you are switching to a free plan, then simply select the same.
  • Now, you can make the payments either offline or online mode (if applicable). You can pay in GBP, INR or USD, against the applicable tax. 
  • Once we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation and the plan activation details will reflect in your account.
  • You can keep a track of your plan validity, usage, and performance from the dashboard.
