1. What are webforms? 

Webforms are the embedded form, standalone page, dropdown banner, slide-in left box, slide-in right box, or pop-up box that help your website visitors and users to connect with you. 

 

2. If I make updates to WordPress users, then will the changes reflect in my Mailercloud contact list too?

Yes, you can synchronize your WordPress users with the Mailercloud contact list. This means when you make any changes to your WordPress users, then the changes will reflect in the Mailercloud contact list also, provided that you have installed and activated Mailercloud’s WordPress plugin successfully. However, the reverse of this may not hold true. You can always make changes to WordPress users to observe the changes in Mailercloud as well. 

 

3. Why do I need Mailercloud’s WordPress plugin?

By installing and activating Mailercloud’s WordPress plugin, you can easily integrate webforms and synchronize your contacts. This will help your WordPress site visitors connect with you via the forms that you display as a pop-up. 

 

4. What is an API key?

API stands for an “Application Programming Interface”. An API key is referred to as a way for different apps to talk to one another. 

 

5. Where can I find the Mailercloud API Key?

You can easily find your Mailercoud API key by logging into your Mailercloud account.Go to Account> Integrations > API Integrations. (Or, you can click here)

 

6. What are Mailercloud Widgets?

Mailercloud widgets are webforms that you can add to your site's sidebars, footers, and other areas. 

 

7. What is the maximum number of contacts that can be synced with Mailercloud from WordPress?

You can have as many contacts available for synchronizing as your existing plan. For instance, if you are using the free plan, then you can have 1000 contacts.

 

8. Does the contact limit change when we change the Mailercloud plan? 

Yes, whenever you change your plan, then the contact limit will change accordingly.

 

9. How much time does it take to sync the contacts?

It depends on the total number of contacts you want to sync. For instance, if there is only 1 contact, then it will be synced within seconds. However, if there are bulk contacts, then the synchronization will take place in the form of batches (Such as 50 contacts per batch) and would take some time.
